London's stunning new restaurant Yauatcha, is exactly what you'd expect to find as the next project of the man who brought us Hakkassan, the first Chinese restaurant in London to receive a Michelin star. Now with its own star, Yauatcha restaurant in the heart of London's Soho offers first rate dim sum in its exciting yet intimate basement dining room. The food is all superb, so singling out any individual dishes is impossible, although if we had to pick, the prawn & date dumplings does stand out as the overall winner. Yauatcha restaurant deserves the crowds it attracts every evening and it's total non smoking policy makes it a further winner.

The food was sensational, full of flavour! The staff fantastic and so helpful! Best to get the waiter/waitress to help you to order. Ours choose our meal for us and it was superb, although next time I will just have all Dim Sum! Have one of their cocktails! Amazing and so unusual! Will be going back ASAP. Could not recommend this enough. A great place with delicious food.

Best Dim Sum in London! I go every weekend if I can, the little dumplings just explode with amazing flavour everytime you bite into one. They also have a little area devoted to Cakes and such, which are (as well) fantastic! Josh R

Who would have thought those delicate little parcels of food would fill you up and be so delicious !!!!!! Highly recommend Yauacha for lunch or evening meal, great ambience, fabulous decor and very trendy. (not too expensive either)
