Soho’s diners are in for a real treat with the Wright Brothers Soho Oyster House

 

After the huge success of the first restaurant in Borough Market, the Wright Brothers have now opened a second venue in the centre of London - the Wright Brothers Soho Oyster House – bringing the freshest fish and seafood to the West End. Located on Kingly Streeet, just stpes from Regent Street, Oxford Street and Carnaby Street, Wright Brothers Soho Oyster House promises to offer the best selection of oysters in London, along with fresh fish and shellfish sourced from sustainable stocks mostly in Cornwall. Set out over 3 floors, the lower floor bpoasts an incredible open plan kitchen whilst the ground floor features the traditional oyster bar with high table seating. Upstairs is the more formal restaurant area where smart banquette style seating overlooks the busy Soho streets below. Heading up the restaurant’s kitchen is Executive Chef David Gingell, formerly of Galvin Bistro de Luxe, who has created an exquisite menu. Choose from a selection of the very finest oysters, straight from the restaurant’s own Duchy Oyster Farm on the Helford River in Cornwall, the British Isles or France, eaten straight with lemon juice or hot with cherry and chorizo for example. Aside from oysters, the menu features a wionderful variety of delicious fish and seafood dishes, all as fresh as can be. The Wright Brother Soho Oyster House looks set to become every bit as successful as its older sibling.
