Classic dishes include the roast John Dory with chestnut ravioli and baby gem; roast rack of Romney Marsh lamb with roast garlic and red pepper whilst starters such as langoustine risotto or salad of poached rabbit with gem lettuce, chervil and lemon purée really get things off to a good start. Desserts are sublime such as truffle and vanilla pannacotta with black pepper, white chocolate and truffle ice cream. The wine list is mostly loyal to France but offers a few New World options too.
