As for the food, expect the very finest in Modern European cuisine from halibut with asparagus and lemon butter to whole roast black leg chicken and skate wing with capers, potted shrimp and citrus butter to chargrilled claves liver with dry cured bacon, rosemary gravy, cabbage and mashed potatoes.
