This fabulous concept destination is the brainchild of Michelin starred French Chef Pierre Gagnaire and top restaurateur Mourad “Momo” Mazouz and offers luxury in every sense. The Lecture Room and Library is the Michelin starred fine dining restaurant found on the first floor of Sketch and promises an out of this world dining experience. Leading interior designer Gabhan O’Keefe has created a grandiose and opulent space complete with gold walls, padded seating and various stunning art installations, completely in fitting with the magnificent menu masterminded by Gagnaire. Dishes are complex and combinations innovative and unique. Indulge in Dover Sole like you’ve never tasted before served with spinach, lovage butter, champagne sauce, kombu jelly, razor clams, broccoli, potato foam and grilled sweet potatoes or perhaps a roast Duck foie gras with walnuts, quince marmalade, avocado. Celeriac, Iberico ham, confit shoulder of deer, chestnuts, coconut powder, sauerkraut foam, tamarillo sorbet and venison jelly. The wine list is extensive and award winning, named the “Best UK Wine List” by the AA Guide and awarded the “Best Award for Excellence” by the Wine Spectator.
