Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea is a London legend, famous for being the only restaurant in the capital to hold three coveted Michelin stars. The very first wholly owned restaurant by Gordon Ramsay, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay has been serving exquisite French haute cuisine to the capital since 1998 and continues to maintain the highest of standards that gained it the culinary world’s highest accolade. An intimate dining room which seats just 45 guests has been beautifully designed by acclaimed interior designer David Collins. In the kitchen, Executive Chef Mark Askew, who has been at the restaurant since it opened, oversees the proceedings along with Head Chef Clare Smyth and front of house is taken care of by one of the best Maitre d’s in the business - Jean-Claude Bréton. The quality of the classic French menu never falters and each and every dish is a skilful masterpiece such as the slow braised pied de cochon pressed then pan fried with ham knuckle and served with poached quail’s egg and hollandaise sauce or the roasted fillet of line caught turbot with langoustines, linguine and wild mushrooms. The wine cellar boasts a breathtaking collection of wines with some superb Bordeaux vintages and rare bottles from Burgundy and the Rhône and there is a separate list for the 72 champagnes and sparkling wines. Restaurant Gordon Ramsay is a true restaurant legend in London, and thoroughly well deserved of its three Michelin stars.
