The menu features a good selection of family favourites, from tasty “Lava Nachos” for starters to dishes such as the Rainforest steak burger with relish, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato served with fries or the tasty rack of Cajun spiced ribs. The “Sparkling Volcano” is a real treat for dessert – a combination of strawberry and vanilla ice cream with chocolate brownie, banana, whipped cream, marshmallow, cherry and caramel and chocolate sauce topped with a sparkler.
