Hip pizza establishment Pizza East is a hot favourite in East London’s trendy Shoreditch

Situated on the corner of Shoreditch High Street and Bethnal Green Road on East London, Pizza East is a fantastic New York style warehouse pizza restaurant. A big favourite amongst the area’s hip and trendy, Pizza East is housed on the ground floor of the Tea building and is a spacious venue. This huge warehouse space takes advantage of its original industrial features with huge windows to the front, exposed brick walls, big pillars and wooden flooring and the smart leather banquettes and the oversized lamp shades add a nice touch. The menu features a superb selection of pizzas and Italian treats, using fresh, rustic seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce wherever possible. Tuck into amazingly good pizzas such as the provolone, tomato, stracchino, caprino fresco and mozzarella or the veal meatballs, proscuitto, cream and sage. If you don’t fancy pizza, there are plenty of other options such as the stone bass, roast baby beetroot and agretti or the lamb chops, peas, mint and farro. If you liked what you’ve tried you can also purchase some goodies from the deli and take away is available too. Pizza East is a vibrant and buzzing eatery and really takes the idea of pizza to new and exciting heights.
