Pied-à-Terre is an independently owned West-end gastronomic restaurant. Established in 1991, in the heart of Fitzrovia, this gem of a restaurant has gained some of the highest accolades possible under the guidance of David Moore and Shane Osborn. David, founding director, orchestrates "Front of House" whilst Shane, head chef since 1999 dreams up and executes some of the most exciting food in London. In November 2004, the restaurant suffered severe fire damage and had to close until October 2005 while the building was refurbished. Pied a Terre is now a firm favourite thanks to chef, Shane Osborn's genuinely original, fabulously presented New French cooking. A spectacular wine list boasting over 800 wines and cordial service that's a triumph; the intimate, chic surrounding's feel like a home away from home. Pied-a-Terre's frosted glass front hints at the understated, cool interior.
