The flagship restaurant of the Noura chain of Lebanese restaurants right in the heart of the capital, Noura Central offers diners high quality traditional Lebanese food with a side order of contemporary flair. The menu here is strong, not only on classic hot and cold (many of them vegetarian) mezze dishes - moutabbal (aubergine with sesame seed oil & lemon juice), sawdat djaj (marinated chicken livers flambéed in lemon & garlic) & spicy fish ratatouille - but also on complex, delightful-sounding main courses. At lunchtime the restaurant is divided into a brasserie for more informal lunch as well as a traditional restaurant for those who wish to indulge in the full menu. In the evening, the whole restaurant is set for fine dining. Service is faultless, and the excellent food is supported by an outstanding international wine and champagne list, one of the biggest in London

My favourite restaurant in London... Great atmosphere, great decor, and friendly staff in addition to the excellent food they offer. Cushion seating very confortable and relaxed. What more can you ask for?
