Black stone floors, large lanterns & floor-to-ceiling windows give an impression of an upscale canteen with much of the furniture made from tree trunks and back-lit nori seaweed everywhere you look. A large, straight-down-the-line menu covers all bases (noodles, rice dishes, dim sum, meat/fish/veg specials) at reasonable prices and the food is certainly good enough to entice a returning lunch and dinner clientele in an area rich in office workers and public servants. This is the best chinese I have ever experienced. The decor is understated, but luxury, as is the service..... and as for the food, it is to die for..... try the squid dumplings and crispy duck..... will definitely be back for more!!!!!
