With a range of famous British dishes, many with a modern twist, the Landseer Kitchen Team focuses on using the freshest ingredients from a range of local suppliers. Signature dishes include char-grilled Hebridean scallops, nutmeg spinach, shellfish butter sauce or venison terrine, English orchard fruit compote, prune syrup to start, followed by braised Black Mountain Welsh Valley lamb shank with mint bubble and squeak or deep-fried beer-battered seabass fillet, twice cooked chips, peas, tartare sauce, fresh tomato coulis. A section of the menu is dedicated to grilled meats (courtesy of Smithfield Market) with choose-your-own sauces, & to follow there are comfort puds such as fruit trifle & Bakewell tart with pistachio ice cream.
