Located on the mezzanine floor of the store where the former Gallery Restaurant stood, Hix Restaurant & Champagne Bar opened in March 2010 and offers an outstanding British dining experience. Open for breakfast through to lunch and dinner, this stylish restaurant serves up consistently first class cuisine. The smart interiors, designed by Sir Terence Conran, have an understated feel with lots of blond woods and modern lighting. Perch yourself at the champagne bar and indulge in delicious bites such as quail’s egg shooters and grilled chorizo with romesco sauce whilst sipping the finest champagnes. The dining room boasts a fabulous British menu which changes on a weekly basis.
