The foie gras parfait for starters is a real show stopper followed by main courses such as wood pigeon, roasted cauliflower, grated pistachio, onion and almond puree and pastille or Cornish black bream with stuffed morels, Kafir lime, new season soya beans and coffee. Desserts are equally as unique in creations like millefeuille of ginger, Puy lentil and wild lime ice cream.
