The Great Eastern Dining Room follows the successful pan-Asian culinary theme of its sister restaurants including Cicada. The beautifully lit restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere with fantastic service, whilst the bar area provides relaxed drinking space with a modern open fire and comfortable seating. Open for lunch and dinner, six days a week, guests can enjoy a meal from the a la carte menu in the restaurant, or dim sum from the bar menu throughout the day. The restaurant dishes up inventive pan-Asian food, so that dinner might kick off with edamame or pomelo betel leaves then continue with tuna sashimi or avocado & sweet potato tempura with orange ponzu. Salads include soft-shell crab with sweet tamarind & lotus root; heartier mains take in blackened salmon with sweet miso & beef fillet toban yaki. Recently refurbished, Below 54 offers a chic and modern private event room on the lower ground floor which can cater for up to 175 guests for a drinks reception or up to 40 guests for a private dinner.
