The Modern European menu will have you mouth watering with delectable dishes such as foie gras and chicken liver parfait with tomato jam and warm toast or glazed sweet pork belly with buttery Savoy cabbage and baby onions for starters and herb stuffed coquelet with fondant potato, braised celery and meat juices or rump of lamb with pommes dauphinois for mains. The wine list is fantastic and has been compiled by an award winning wine specialist with over 75 global wines to choose from.
