The glitzy modern dining room is a pleasing setting for some seriously good Chinese cuisine cooked to perfection. It has been said that the lunchtime dim sum are some of the best in London- quite an achievement- where the quality is far higher than usual. As for mains try the superb crab cooked in beer with fine vermicelli, beef with ginger and spring onions and the piece de resistance-the amazing green mussels with Thai basil, garlic and chilli. The drinks list is ample with a good choice of sakés and the tasty Sun Lik lager direct from Hong Kong.
