The brasserie style menu is international in flavour and features a good choice of elegant titbits as well as some great main courses – sea bass with crushed new potatoes and spinach, trio of lamb cutlets with thick chips, salmon and dill fishcakes with lemon butter sauce and sirloin steak sandwich with tomato salsa. Of course a trip to Dion-City wouldn't be complete without a glass of fine champagne and there are a range of choices from a more soberly priced Verve Clicquot Yellow Label at £60 a bottle to the rather extravagant Krug Clos de Mesnil 1979 at £1,500.
