Try the delicious Haddock Mamma Mia (pot cooked haddock fillet with bay leaves, garlic, olives, tomatoes and white wine); the Saltimbocca alla Romana (veal escalopes with ham and sage in white wine sauce) or the veal picatta in a butter and lemon sauce.
