Part of the Dorchester Collection, 45 Park Lane is a stunning hotel offering only the very finest of the finest. CUT at 45 Park Lane is the London version of the award winning CUT in Beverley Hills, serving the very best steaks in beautiful surroundings. Set out over two floors, CUT is an impressive scene, offering seating for 70 guests on the ground floor whilst a central staircase leads up to the first floor library and Bar 45. Puck’s exquisite menu features the widest selection of beef in London, with hand selected cuts from the USA, Australia, Chile and New Zealand as well as the best British cuts. Choose from fillet, sirloin, ribeye, rib-chop, Porterhouse, bone in New York and bone-in fillet, all grilled over hard wood and charcoals and finished under a 1200˚ broiler. But it’s not just the meat that will impress, CUT at 45 Park Lane also serves up a divine selection of seafood such as sautéed diver scallops with yuzu kosho butter or pan roasted Scottish lobster with black truffle emulsion.
