Starters include smoked ravioli of Cornish lobster with cognac bisque or Ballotine of wild Scottish salmon with crème fraiche and caviar followed by amazing main courses such as Hay baked cannon and confit shoulder of Shetland lamb with aubergine caviar and natural pan juices or seared Orkney scallops, pea and cockle risotto and parsley sauce. Desserts are just as wonderful, especially the warm dark chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream. The wine list is extensive and the staff are very helpful in assisting you with your selection.
