Chamberlain’s manages to combine the best of two of London’s historic markets, with its location in Leadenhall and its produce coming from its own wholesale business Chamberlain and Thelwell Ltd, established at Old Billingsgate Market since 1947. C & T have been supplying fish and seafood to some of London’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants over the year’s therefore first class quality is guaranteed at Chamberlain’s Restaurant. Spread out over 3 floors, the ground floor looks out onto the bustling market outside and the mezzanine level offers a certain intimacy, perfect for business lunches and dinners. Head up to the first floor and enjoy a more formal dining experience with wonderful views out onto Leadenhall. Downstairs, the basement bar boasts high ceilings, brick walls and slate flooring and is perfect for both dinner and drinks. The Chamberlain’s menu is full of exquisite fish and seafood dishes as well as fine meat and vegetables. Start with hand dived scallops served with slow cooked smoked pork belly, butternut squash puree and fish red wine jus and follow with Dover sole served on or off the bone or Guernsey skate wing with brown nut butter and capers. Chamberlain’s Restaurant is a fabulous city dining room and well recommended for all lovers of fine fish and seafood.
