Food is an eclectic take on tapas and Mexican - we're talking modern, fresh ideas. Signature dishes include Peking duck tortilla wraps with apricot and ginger jam, South Western gravadlax with avocado tamale, sweet cured salt crusted duck breast with jack cheese parsnip souffle, as well as delicious chicken or beef fajitas with guacamole, pico salsa, sour cream and flour tortillas.
