Head Chef Shaun Searley has created a superb bistro style menu featuring delicious French dishes such as rabbit confit with braised fennel, tomatoes and spinach; mussels with white wine, cream and garlic and pan fried mackerel with beetroot and horseradish. Sunday roasts are always a big hit and fish and chips are always a safe bet. An extra bonus at Bistrotheque is the bar and cabaret club downstairs, where top drag acts and comedy pull in the crowds.
