Tuck into dishes such as Cornish plaice with beurre noisette, Cote de Boeuf; roast confit pheasant with celeriac, prune and apple and tranche of halibut with razor clams, broad beans and wild mushrooms. The well-chosen wine list surprisingly features both old and new world wines and the “Cave a Fromage” is full of the most delectable cheeses.
