The Belvedere kitchen dishes up a divine French inspired menu using first calls ingredients in dishes such as Roast Goosnargh duck breast with Koffmann cabbage, ratte potatoes and a port and plum jus or grilled halibut served with Jerusalem artichokes and chanterelle mushrooms. Apple and blackberry crumble followed by a selection of fine cheese rounds off proceedings perfectly. The wine list stays loyal to France although a few new world choices sneak in too.
