Outside, Chelsea flower show double winner Kate Gould has created a magical terrace with the sweet smelling aromas of lavender and rosemary. The Barbican Lounge’s international menu offers an exciting choice of dishes such as pressed rabbit, duck confit, foie gras, ham hock terrine and pickled beetroot; grilled Indian spiced chicken with mango and soused red onion salad and tiger prawns with Pernod butter. Desserts like coconut rice pudding with mango, mint and fresh coconut salad round things off perfectly.
