Bam-Bou is located at No.1 Percy Street (previously home to the legendary White Tower), an elegant Georgian town-house, furnished throughout in French-Vietnamese style. Two handsome dining rooms, three private rooms and a top-floor cocktail bar create a four-storey hideaway haven. Head Chef Steve Gower has designed the restaurant's South-East Asian influenced menu, naturally fusing ingredients from Thailand, China and Vietnam. Dishes include prawn dumplings, barbecued pork cheung fun, spare ribs with chilli, garlic & red vinegar, tea-smoked pork belly, seared yellowfin tuna & classic green curried chicken.
