Instead of cooking things, this griddle, freezes them, allowing you to freeze sauces and purees solid or make semi-frozen dishes with crunchy surfaces and creamy centres. The minus 30°F 'griddle' temperature ensures almost instantaneous results. A recent favourite with customers is Frozen English pea 'lollipops' served as canapés. I dined at Bacchus with a couple of girlfriends and we had an amazing time. My foodie friend loved the menu and said she couldn't fault one dish (she actually said that the food was better and much better value than some 3 Michelin places she eats at because of the nature of her job) For me, some combinations of ingredients were a little bit out there but I loved trying something completely new! I have to say a big massive thanks to the fantastic, friendly staff that were helpful enough but didn't come over to the point of being annoying. What I really liked about this place is that they've made fine dining accessible. The music in the background made the feel nice and relaxed. I'll definitely be going back soon!
