A new addition to the London restaurant scene is 1001 Nights, a beautifully stylish Lebanese restaurant opened in June 2009 by the team that brought the legendary Fakhreldine to the capital. 1001 Nights is actually situated at the same address as Fakhreldine in Piccadilly and is situated just underneath. A more relaxed Lebanese dining experience is offered at 1001 Nights in contrast to its sister restaurant but that’s not to say the luxury and quality isn’t the same. This chilled out eatery has been elegantly designed to reflect both the traditional style of Lebanon with contemporary décor and is a fabulous venue. The menu also perfectly mixes modern and classic Lebanese dishes with a great selection of mezzes, ideal for sharing with friends. Open all day, 1001 Nights also offers a takeaway service meaning that you can take your favourite Lebanese food with you if you are on the go. Following in the footsteps of the hugely successful Fakhreldine, 1001 Nights looks set to storm the capital with its more relaxed and laid back ambience in which to indulge in fine Lebanese cooking.
