The fabulous concept venue that is The Blind Tiger provides a whole new angle to eating out in London with it’s fabulous homage to the roaring 1920’s, serving up classic cocktails and a divine seasonal modern British menu in splendid surroundings. The venue design is pure 1920’s decadence and the jazzy soundtrack really adds to the mood as do the live jazz shows. From the kitchen Head Chef Marek Novak creates an exciting seasonal modern British menu where you might start with slow roast pork belly with fried scallops on radicchio and rhubarb coulis and follow with roast Barbary duck breast with mango, mange tout and basil, cos lettuce salad and roasted almonds or pan fried mullet fillets with confit fennel and a water cress, mint and orange salad. Service is extremely important at The Blind Tiger, taking you back to the day when every attention was made to make you feel special.
